Numerator is 3 less than denominator
Let numerator = x
Denominator = x+3
x/x+3----fraction
num and den increased by 2
x+2/x+5 = 6/7
7*(x+2) = 6*(x+5)
7x + 14 = 6x + 30
x= 16
x+3 = 19
Hence original fraction = 16/19
Hope it helps.
