Let the denominator be x Let the numerator be x-3 Therefore fraction is x-3/x Given (X-3)+2/x+2=6/7 X-1/x+2=6/7 7(x-1)=6(x-2) 7x-7=6x-12 7x=6x-5 7x-6x=5 X=5 Therefore denominator=5 And numerator=2 Therefore fraction is 2/5
