Hii !!

Let Denominator of fraction be X.

Numerator = ( X - 3 ).

Fraction = Numerator / Denominator = X-3/X.

According to the question,

X + 5 / X - 3 + 2 = 1/2

X + 5 / X - 1 = 1/2

2 ( X + 5 ) = X - 1

2X + 10 = X - 1

2X - X = -1 - 10

X = -11

Denominator = X = -11.

And,

Numerator = X - 3 = -11 - 3 = -14.

Fraction = Numerator / Denominator = -14/-11 = 14/11
