(3x+3)/(2x-2) = 9/4, or

12x+12 = 18x-18, or

18x-12x = 18+12 = 30

6x = 30, or

x = 5.

The fraction is 15/10.

Check (15+3)/(10–2) = 18/8 = 9/4. Correct.
