HERE IS UR ANSWER MY FRIEND ↓↓
LET THE DENOMINATOR BE X
(NUMERATOR IS 4 LESS THAN DENOMINATOR AND ALSO DECREASED BY 1)
NUMERATOR = X-4-1
ACCORDING TO QUESTION,
→X-4-1/Y = 2/3
→X-5 = 2/3
→HERE WE CROSS MULTIPLY
→3(X-5) = X ×2
→3X - 15 = 2X
→ -15 = 2X - 3X
→ -15 = -X
MINUS AND MINUS CANCLE
SO, X = 15
AND X-4 THAT IS NUMERATOR = 11
ANS.>>11/15
