Let the denominator of a fraction be x.
So it's numerator =x-6
Again,3 is added to its numerator.
So the fraction is x-6+3/x

x-6+3/x=2/3
By solving this equation,we get- x=9.
So denominator =9 and numerator =x-6=9-6=3.
Therefore, the original fraction is 3/9=1/3 And.
