Let The denominator be X.
Then numerator = X-7
Fraction = X-7/X
A/Q,
X-7-2/X+9= 2/3
X-5/X+9 = 2/3.
3(X-5)= 2(X+9)
3X-15 = 2X+18
3X-2X= 18+15
X= 33
Therefore,
Fraction = X-7/X = 33-7/33 = 26/33

now x= 33
fraction = (x-7)+2/x+9
=> (33-7)+2/33+9
=> 2/3
