Let the numerator be x and y respectively,

According to the question,

==> (x+9) / (y + 9) = x/y

==> xy + 9y = xy + 9x

==> 9y = 9x

==> x = y

Fraction = x/y

==> x/x

==> 1/1

Hence the fraction is 1/1
