let the denominor=x

let the numerator=x+5

atq

x+3/x+5+3=13/3

x+3/x+8=13/3

cross multiplying

3x+9=13x+104

-104+9=13x-3x

-95=10x

x=-9.5

-9.5+5

-4.5

the fraction is

=-4.5/-9.5

=9/19
