Hi mate I have an answer to your question

Let denominator be x then numerator is x-4

now, we have,

(x-4+3) ÷ (x+5)

(x-1)÷ (x+5) = 2

(x-1)= 2(x+5)

x-1 = 2x+ 10

2x-x= -1-10

x= -11

we have rational number = (x-4) ÷ x

= -11-4 / -11

= -15 / -11

= 15/11

Hope it helps you have a great day
