Semen can be stored in diluents such as the Illini Variable Temperature (IVT) diluent, which have been reported to be able to preserve high fertility of semen for over seven days.
Recently they use cryopreservation ( freezing at very low temperature using cryoprotectant ) to preserve ejaculated sperm

Heya mate!!
Seminal fluid, i.e., semen contain spermatozoa and is secreted by males. Seminal fluid contains many components apart from spermatozoa like proteolytic enzymes and other enzymes, fructose, ascorbic acid, prostaglandins, etc., and some substances promote the survival of spermatozoa.
On the other hand, vaginal fluid, uterine lining and fallopian tube are components of female reproductive system.
Hope it helps u dear✌️✌️
