The odometer of a moving car reads 4820.0 km when the clock shows the time 08:30 AM. At 08:50 AM,

Solution:

Distance covered = 4864.0 - 4820.0  = 44 km

Time =  8 : 50 AM - 8 : 30 AM  = 20 mins

60 mins = 1 hr

=> 20 mins = 20/60  = 1/3  hrs

Speed = Distance / Time

=> Speed = 44 / (1/3)

=> Speed = 132  km/hr

speed of the car in km/h  = 132 km/hr
