Given :

           Angles of the pentagon are x - 1 , x - 2 , x - 3 , x - 4 , x - 5

So ,

                 x - 1 + x - 2 + x - 3 + x - 4 + x - 5 = 540

                                                         5x - 15 = 540

                                                                 5x = 540 - 15 = 555

                                                                   x = 525 / 5 = 111
