hey here is your answer

Step-by-step explanation:

so let the two digit number be 10x+y

wherein the digit at tens place is x and that of units is y

so according to first situation

y=x+7 (1)

according to second case

10y+x+10x+y=99

ie 11x+11y=9

so x+y=9 (2)

substitute value of y in (2)

from (1) we get

2x+7=9

ie 2x=2

ie x=1

so substitute now value of x in any of 2 equations you get

y=8

hence our two digit was:-10x+y=(10×1)+8

=10+8

=18

hence required two digit number is 18
