We need to appreciate that open ocean, sea floor, and coral reefs inhabit plants in large amounts this is simply because these habitats are having a lot of food reserves and hence able support many water plants and animals.

These habitats are able to access sunlight quite easily and hence this leads to high rates of primary production.

Therefore this is the reason why open ocean, sea floor, and coral reefs are all examples of habitats with high rates of primary production

Habitats are the natural places where life-friendly abiotic and abiotic conditions are found.

These places are suitable for living species.

If we close view these places, it will be found that these three places are the home of innumerable aquatic animals and plants.

These places are congenial to live, hence living organisms can enjoy high rates of primary production too.
