Angles given are

(3x - 2) {}^{0}  \:  \: and \:  \:  \: (2x + 10) {}^{0}

Using property opposite angles of parallelogram are equal...

3x - 2 = 2x + 10

3x - 2x = 10 + 12

x = 22

3 x - 2 = 3×22 -2 = 64

2x + 10 = 2×22 +10 = 54

Angles are
64 {}^{0}    \: and \: 54 {}^{0}
