5x+3 = 4x+6 ( opp angles in a // gm are equal)
5x - 4x = 6-3
x = 3

Substitute x value

5X3 + 3 = 15 + 3= 18
4X3+ 6 = 12 + 6 = 18

18 = 18

Hope it helps....
