I've done this in the past on Windows 7 and earlier, but I don't remember the exact process. Windows 10, however, makes this SUPER easy. you just select the monitor in the display settings in windows (right click the desktop > display settings) click the new monitor (3 in your case) and select "Duplicate desktop on 2 and 3" in the "Multiple displays" box, and it should ask you to confirm, and that's it!
