(B)ch3ch2-ch(Ch3)-oh

(B) is more reactive than (A) on reaction towards Halogen Acids.

Addition of Halogen Acids to alcohols is an SN1 reaction.

Tertiary and secondary alcohols are more reactive than primary towards SN1 reaction.

(B) being secondary is more reactive than (A) which is primary.
