The organ into which the pancreatic and the bile juice are pored called the duodenum.  

   Both the pancreatic and the bile juice contains items that are "required for proper digestion" of solid food. Pancreatic juice is generally "alkaline in nature" due to the presence of high amount of bicarbonate ions.  

  It helps to regulate the pH of the digested food as it reaches from the acidic stomach to the slightly alkaline intestine. Bile is a dark yellowish brown fluid that aids in the "digestion of lipids".
