Explanation:

The addition of one equivalent of halogen to alkynes results in the formation of haloalkanes. Adding another equivalent to the formed haloalkene will form tetrahaloalkane.

Chlorine is a reactive atom and will finally form 1,1,2,2-tetrachloroethane.
