The prize money given to (63 – x) participants is = Rs 25(63 – x)

x + y = 69

100x + 25y = 3300

4x + y = 132

• subtract

3x = 63

therefore , x = 21

x + y = 69

21 + y = 69

therefore y = 48

Hence , there are 48 losers and 21 winners
