Let the number of winners be x .

Therefore , number of participants who do not win = 63-x

According to the question ,

x×100 + (63-x)×25= 3000

= 100x + 63×25 - 25x = 3000 -1575 (by transposing)

= 100x -25x = 3000 -1575

=

x =  \frac{1425}{75}  = 19

Therefore, number of winners

 \huge \mathcal \colorbox{lightblue}{ = 20}
