The organisms formed by asexual are clones because the parent transfers the exact copy of its genes to its child and there are no second parent's genes to mix into the child so therefore the child becomes a exact blue print of its parent.
Advantage of sexual reproduction is that the mixing of the genes from two different parent bodies brings forth a hybrid child rather than a blue print of the one parent as in asexual reproduction.

first of all clone is the group of individuals of the same species that are morphologically and genetically similar.sexual reproduction introduce variations but sexual reproduction doesnot .two parents  are involved in sexual reproduction whereas a single parent is required for asexual.it involves meiosis at some stages in sexual whereas it involves mitotic divisions in asexuals.
