I'm a science student . But I might help u somewhat as you say it's urgent. Well .. the outcomes of politics depend on how we perceive our identities . For ex. Suppose someone is from an upper caste and the other one is from a lower one and both of them do work for a same company on the same level with same income . If the person from the upper caste sees himself in a exclusive term I.e . See himself as a person from upper caste then it becomes difficult to accommodate diverse cultures , similarly if he sees himself exclusively as a member of that company then he becomes unaccomodatable in the caste group . Similarly if we see ourselves in exclusive terms then we might end up in civil wars due to diversity . We need to accommodate the social diversities within us and then only the political outcomes would change . This is the reason why we say that the outcomes of politics highly depend on our percieverance of identity.
