So, outer volume = 10×8×7
=560 cm3

10 - 1 = 9
8 - 1 = 7
7 - 1 = 6

So, Inner volume = 9×7×6
= 378cm3

Required wood = outer - inner volume
= 560 - 378
= 182 cm3

Cost of 1cm3 = 8 rupees 2 paisa
= 8.2 rupees
Cost of 182cm3 = 182×8.2
= 1492.4 rupees.
