22/7*r = 330/2 = 165
r/7 = 165/22 = 15/2 = 7.5
r = 7.5*7 = 52.5
52.5 + 7 = 59.5 = new radius
new circumference = 2*22/7*59.5 = 374
374 - 330 = 44
total cost = 44*8
= 352
