The outer length and breadth of a painting is 150 cm* 120 cm.If there is a margin of 8 cm width all around the painting, find the area of the actual painting (without margin)

Area of painting with margin:
150×120=18000

Area of painting without margin:
New length=150-(8+8)
New breadth=120-(8+8)
Area of painting=134×104=13936
Answer is 13936 cm square
