hiii!!!

here's ur answer...

given the side of the cube = 6m

TSA of the cube = 6 × side²

= 6 (6)²

= 6 × 36

= 216m²

ATQ, the cost of painting is rs 2 per 100cm²

therefore cost of 1cm² = 2/100 = rs 0.02

we know that 1m² = 10000cm²

216m² = 2160000cm²

hence total cost of painting the cube = 2160000 × 0.02 = rs 43200

hope this helps..!!

Answer:

Given, side of the cube = 6 m

Area of a cube = 6 × L²

= [6 × 6²] m²

= (6 × 36) m²

= 216 m²

ATQ , Therefore , Cost of painting 100sq.cm= Rs 2

Cost of painting 1sq.cm = 2 ÷ 100

= Rs 0.02

We know that 1m² = 10000 cm²

= 216 m²=( 216×10000)cm²

=2160000 cm²

Hence, the cost of painting the cube

=Rs (2160000×0.02)

=Rs 43200
