\huge\underline\blue{\sf Answer:}

Let oxidation number of Pb is = x

And we know that

Oxidation number of Oxygen is = -2

So,

\large\implies{\sf 3×x+4×(-2)=0 }

\large\implies{\sf x=+\frac{8}{3} }

\large{\sf Pb_3O_4} is not exist at this form it exist as \large{\sf PbO\:and\:PbO_2 } and their Oxidation number is in ratio of 2:1
