Oxidation no. of NO3 is -1

CO is neutral atom so oxidation no. is 0

And the whole compound have Oxidation state 0

so now

Mn + (-1) + 0 = 0

Mn - 1 = 0

Mn = +1

So oxidation state of Mn is +1 ...
