The oxygen in air is needed for respiration and nitrogen controls burning. What is the importance of carbon dioxide ? What would happen if carbon dioxide is removed from the air ?

and if carbon dioxide is removed from the air then plants will not be able to prepare food moreover oxygen content of the air will decrease as in the process of photosynthesis plants take in carbon dioxide and gives out oxygen
