the paint in a certain container is sufficient to paint an area equal to 9.375m². How many bricks of dimensions 22.5cm,10cm and 7.5cm can be painted put of this container​

Solution :-

• Length = 22.5 cm
• Breadth = 10 cm
• Height = 7.5 cm

Therfore :-

• Surface area of a brick

• 2[ Lb + BH + HL]

→ 2[ 22.5 x 10 + 10 x 7.5 + 7.5 x 22.5 ]

→ 2[225 + 75 + 168.75]

→ 2[468.75]

→937.5 cm²

• number of brick that can be paint

→ 937.5 * 10000cm² / 937.5 cm²

→ 100

Hence :-

• 100 bricks can be painted
