1/3 = 2/6 = - 3/-9
1/3 = 1/3 = 1/3

if we dewide upper two equations than we find
X/3X=1/3
2Y/6Y=1/3
-3/-9=1/3
we can see here a=b=c
this property sows that there is unique solution
