.y=0 is a line on x axes nd y=6means x co ordinate is 0. for 1st line x axis have infinite point but for second line its distance is fixed at 6 .

mysticd: given two Lines are parallel to each other .
mysticd: They doesn't have any common point .
mysticd: Therefore , no solution.
meshivanikashyap: both equ. shows x co ordinate is 0
meshivanikashyap: nd y co ordinate differs
mysticd: equation of x - axis is y = 0 ,
meshivanikashyap: they will be parallel if their ratio will be same
meshivanikashyap: i m saying the same
mysticd: y = 6 is line parallel to x - axis at a distance 6 units .
meshivanikashyap: ya
