By Substitution Method:-

(i) 3x-5y=6

=>3x=6+5y

 =  > x =  \frac{6 + 5y}{3}  -  -  - (iii)

(ii) 4x-3y=8

[Substituting the value of x from equation (iii) in equation (ii)]

 =  >  4(\frac{6 +5y }{3}) - 3y = 8

 =  > \frac{24 + 20y}{3}  - 3y = 8

 =  > \frac{24 + 20y - 9y}{3}  = 8

 =  > 11y = 8 \times 3 - 24

 =  > y =  \frac{24 - 24}{11}  =  \frac{0}{11}

 =  > y = 0

[From equation (iii)]

x =  \frac{6 + 5y}{3}

 =  > 3x = 6 + 5 \times 0

 =  > x =  \frac{6}{3}  = 2

Therefore, x=2, y=0.

Hope it helps (. ❛ ᴗ ❛.)
