x+2y+5=0, -3x-6y+1=0

here,

a1= 1, b1=2, and c1=5

a2=-3, b2=-6, c2=1

a1/a2= b1/b2≠ C1/C2

that is.....

1/-3 = 1/-3(2/-6) ≠5/1

so it has no solution.... the C option is correct... because when the condition is a1/a2=b1/b2≠c1/c2 it means the lines are parallel.... so it has no solution
