The pancreas is an organ found with a cell structure called Ielts of Langerhans. The Islets of Langerhans is called insulin-producing tissue. They are a group of specialized cells which make hormones.

Several new studies show the potential conversion of non-B Ielts into insulin beta cells to replenish Beta cells mass to treat diabetes. The alpha cell secretes hormone glucagon and B cell produces insulin. Hence pancreas is the most important organ of the body.
