The solar energy from the sun is absorbed by green plants(they need it to sunlight to survive) and they store the energy. this energy is transferred to cows and other plant eating animals when they eat the green plants since energy can neither be created nor destroyed only changed into different forms. Therefore the solar energy goes from the sun to the plants to the cows who eat them and who produce milk ( and the milk of course has the same energy) and then paneer is made from it.
