Let parallel sides of trapezium are 5x & 3x

so Perimeter = 10+10+5x+3x = 92

8x = 92–20 = 72

x = 9

so length of parallel sides are 45cm, 27cm.

now,

Area of trapezium =

 \frac{1}{2}  \times (sum \: of \: parallel \: sides) \times height

Height =

 \sqrt{ {10}^{2} -  {9}^{2}  }  =  \sqrt{19}

so Area =

 \frac{1}{2}  \times (45 + 27) \times  \sqrt{19}  =

 \frac{1}{2}  \times 72 \times  \sqrt{19}  = 36 \sqrt{19}  \:  {cm}^{2}
