Step-by-step explanation:

area of trapezium=

 \frac{1}{2}  \times (a + b) \times h

given, a= 1.5 m

b= 1.2m

height = 0.84 m

area =

 \frac{1}{2}  \times (1.5 + 1.2) \times 0.84 \\  = 2.7 \times 0.42 \\  = 1.13m ^{2}
