The parallel sides of a trapezium are 12cm and 17 cm.If non-parallel sides are equal, each being 6.5 CM, find the area of the trapezium.

Area of trapezium=1/2*h*(a+b)
a=12cm
b=17cm
h=6.5cm
area=1/2*6.5*(12+17)
=1/2*6.5*(29)
=94.25sq.cm
