Step-by-step explanation:

Height=16cm

Base 1=13 cm

Base 2=20 cm

so, area of trapezium =1/2×h(base 1+ base 2)

1/2×16(20+13)

8(20+13)

8×33

264cm^2

Answer:

Area of a TRAPEZIUM = h (\frac{a + b}{2})

Height given = 16cm

Measures of 2 parallel sides = 20 cm and 13 cm

h (\frac{a + b}{2}) = 16 (\frac{20 + 13}{2}) = 16 x \frac{33}{2} <Cancellation> = 8 x 33 = 264cm²

Hence, area of the trapezium = 264cm²
