Solution:

Using formula :

Area of trapezium = 1/2 ×(sum of parallel

1/2 ×(sum of parallel sides)× distance between them

= 1/2×(6cm+10cm)×5cm

=1/2 ×16cm ×5cm

= 40cm²

ANSWER: Area of trapezium is 40 cm²
