Answer:

Area of trapezium = 1 / 2 * (sum of parallel sides) * h

Area of trapezium = 1 / 2 * (85 + 63) * 36

                              = 1 / 2 * 148 * 36

                              = 148 * 18

                              = 2664 mm^2

= 1/2×(Sum of parallel sides)× (distance bw parallel sides)

In the question given that,

Parallel sides are 85 mm and 63 mm

It's altitude is 36 mm

So,

Ar (trapezium) = 1/2×(85+63) ×(36)

Ar(trapezium) = 1/2×148×36

Ar(trapezium) = 2664 mm^2
