Hello......... ^_^

Here is your answer,

Given:- the parallel sides of a trapezium are in the ratio 2:5.
distance between the parallel sides is 10cm(heigth).
area of the trapezium = 350cm square.

let one parallel side be 2x cm
and second parallel side be 5x cm

area \: \: of \: \: trapezium \: = \frac{1}{2} \times (sum \: of \: two \: parallel \: sides) \times distance \: \: between \: them \\ \\ = > 350 = \frac{1}{2} \times (2x + 5x) \times 10 \\ \\ = > 350 = 7x \times 5 \\ \\ = > \frac{350}{5} = 7x \\ \\ = > 70 = 7x \\ \\ = > \frac{70}{7} = x \\ \\ = >10 = x
one parallel side = 2x cm = 2 X 10 = 20cm.
second parallel side = 5x cm = 5 X 10 = 50cm.

Hope it helps......... ^_^
