4×side/any variable= perimeter
Therefore,
4s = 484m
s = 484÷4
s = 121m
Area of a square = side^2/s^2
= 121^2/121×121
= 14641m^2
1m = 0.0001 hectare
Therefore,
14641m = 1.4641 hectare
