Let total hours =x, total charges =y

Charges for 2hrs =Rs. 50

Charges for more than 2hrs =Rs. 10.

Remaining hours =x−2

Total charges for remaining hours =Rs. 10(x−2)

Total charges = charge for first 2 hrs + charge for remaining hours

⇒y=50+10(x−2)

⇒y=30+10x.
