According to the RTI or right to information act, people can access information from public bodies.

Previously, normal people cannot access the details or they do not able to seek the details of any public bodies and they can be cheated or mislead by such institutions or organizations with different means.

But according to RTI act, people can ask for the information from public bodies and they can send the details along with the IPO or Indian Postal Oder to access the details.
