Since the length of nonparallel sides are equal, its shape is like "/ \".
We divide the trapezium into 3 parts - 2 triangles and a rectangle.
base of triangle = (20-10)/2
= 5
height of triangle as well as rectangle^2 = 13^2 - 5^2
height^2 = 144
height = 12
area of trapezium = (1/2)(sum of parallel sides)(height)
= (1/2)(10+20)(12)
= 180 cm square

the answer is 1/2*20*(10+13)

2 gets cancelled with 20 and 10 will be written in the place of 20

so 10+13 is 23. so 10*23=230cm^2
